Shipping policy

Order processing times 

Due to USPS pickup times, our shipping schedule has changed;

Monday - Thursday: Orders will be shipped the next day.
Friday: Orders placed before noon CST will be shipped the same day.
Friday (after noon), Saturday, and Sunday: Orders will be shipped on Monday.
Holidays: Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped our next business day.

During peak times such as; new product releases, BFCM, holidays, severe weather, or an emergency, we may need extra time to process your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Singles. Booster Packs, and Supplies

  • Plain White Envelope (PWE): This shipping service has been discontinued for the foreseeable future.
  • First-Class Package: $3 for TCG Singles orders under $20. This option is free if the order total exceeds $20 and applies to lots, packs, singles, and supplies. This shipping method includes tracking.
  • Priority Mail: $8 for TCG Singles orders under $100. This option is free if the order total exceeds $100 and applies to lots, sealed, singles, and supplies. This shipping method includes both tracking and up to $100 insurance.

Sealed product and mixed orders

These shipping rates apply to any order that contains sealed product.

  • Sealed product orders up to $99.99 ship for $9.00 via USPS Priority Mail. This service includes tracking and $100 insurance.
  • Sealed product orders over $100 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. This service includes tracking and $100 insurance.


We will pack orders accordingly and if need be, the shipping method may be changed to ensure your orders can be packed and shipped safely. 

    Domestic Shipping Rates - Store Credit Purchases

    Store credit is applied as a discount. Since this adjusts the total of the order, our shipping rates (see above) will not apply to the value of the order but rather the total of the order.

    EX. if you place an order consisting of $20 or more in singles and you use store credit to bring the total to $0, the shipping rates displayed will not show free as the order total will be $0. Unfortunately, this is something we can not change.

    PTCGO Code delivery

    If you have an account with us, your codes will be delivered directly to your account page.

    All PTCGO Codes orders (regardless if you have an account) will be automatically delivered via email. We do NOT ship codes under any circumstance. 

    Codes are delivered once the payment has been approved and accepted. Typically this happens in about a minute. 

    Local delivery

    We do not offer local delivery or in-store pick up at this time.

    International Shipping

    We currently do not ship outside the United States. We are working on changing this soon!

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    You can also check the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of the "My Account" page.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    We deliver orders via USPS so P.O. boxes can be used as a delivery address.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong product or it was delivered in a condition other than what you ordered.
